TIMELINE
- 5 August 2024: Registration deadline for participation
- 6 August 2024: Confirm brand’s detailed interest, ideal partner portfolio, and brand materials
- 9 August 2024: Finalise graphic designs and delegation brochure and initiate outreach for meetings
- Early October 2024: Program run-through with participating companies
- 14~15 October 2024: Nordic F&B days take place in Seoul
EVENT INFORMATION
- Detailed program briefing with the Nordic delegation and the ways of doing business in South Korea
- Presentation on the Korean F&B trends and a success case by the retailer/distributor
- Customised retail visits to key channels and briefings per site in gaining market knowledge
- Internal delegation dinner with Team Sweden (Business Sweden and Swedish Embassy)
- Nordic F&B matchmaking day at the hotel in Seoul with sample tastings where each company will get to have at least 4~5 meetings with Korea’s leading retailers/importers/distributors. Interpretation will be provided upon request
- Nordic networking reception with a pitching session to Korean stakeholders, including the VIP levels
- 1~2 Business Sweden staffs will be assigned for each activities, along with Finland and Denmark
- The companies are required to participate on-site in Seoul for the program
