Background

In 2024, a Trade-to-Aid programme was launched to establish a platform for healthcare promotion in Indonesia. This initiative has attracted significant interest from Swedish companies.  The program has facilitated dialogues, roundtable sessions, and workshops with the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Together, they have developed a program focusing on Swedish support to enhance healthcare in cancer, critical emergency, mother and child health, and diabetes. Swedish companies will provide technical solutions and training, while other Team Sweden organisations will engage in knowledge sharing and capacity building.

Why Join?

The SISP Healthcare Conference in 2024 aims to solidify the collaboration program with the new Indonesian government and its new minister for health, appointed in October 2024. A G2G MoU is to be signed and the minister’s participation will secure commitment from the Indonesian government and support the MR Linac project short-term and other targeted business opportunities in the program long-term.
