This Is Nuts was started in 2012 by Ranja Maria Vardali, a fitness instructor and entrepreneur from northern Sweden.

The company has its headquarters in Stockholm but sells healthy snacks, luxurious sweets and natural pantry basics all over Europe. This Is Nuts has a holistic perspective on health and our products only contain whole, high quality and natural products without any unnecessary additives or preservatives. The nuts are genuinely dry roasted without oil according to a patented technique that originated in the ancient Middle East, and the natural sweets are dipped in the finest Swedish chocolate. Our motto is 100% Pleasure, 0% Guilt and we hope you’ll join us in our journey toward a healthier and more pleasurable life.
