Pyramid Bakery started in 1991, Today it is owned by one of the founders, Emad Bayoumy. He comes from a baker’s family in Egypt and is also a trained mason.

Each year over 600 tons of crisp bread is baked. The recipes are from Dalarna and Egypt’s ancient peasant cultures, All bread is baked with Swedish ingredients.
