REPORTING MISCONDUCT

Business Sweden’s organisation is built on trust and accountability. We expect that misconduct and violations are reported according to the Whistleblowing Act (Act 2021:890 on the Protection of Persons Reporting Irregularities).

Regardless of whether you are employed at Business Sweden, we encourage you to contact us if you encounter violations of the Whistleblowing Act by employees or partners. We take all misconduct and violations very seriously.

If you are employed at Business Sweden, we recommend that you start by speaking with someone you trust and have a good relationship with. This could be your immediate manager, an HR representative, or another manager.

Both employees and external parties can also use our anonymous, online Whistleblowing Service WhistleB. We guarantee zero risk of reprisals for anyone who submits a complaint or raises concern.

About WhistleB

WhistleB guarantees your anonymity in several ways. It is a standalone service that is not housed within Business Sweden’s IT environment. It does not track IP addresses or any other data that could be used to identify the sender. All messages are encrypted and can only be decrypted by designated personnel. WhistleB cannot decrypt or read any filed complaints.

Handling of submitted reports

All reports sent via WhistleB are received by an external partner for an initial legal assessment.
